Turning Off Your Electricity?

Where does it end?? I've just contacted my company .... They seem to have no answer except to say they don't cut it off.. this is a 5 state company...
I've lived too long.. Dem or Rep. How do accept outrageaous non claims.. For God sakes forget a pARTY!!!

oregon..we left town after two days for a concert we had planned out of town in Seattle . We were told the power would be fixed that day...it was for most homes but a surge fried a wire behind the service panel. when we got home no power and all the food was all spoiled .

Boring story really...the fish was a bummer though.
